With business and leisure travel at all time lows, the hospitality industry is facing a crisis. Gilda Perez-Alvarado, the Chief Executive Officer of JLL Hotels & Hospitality explains how hotels are adapting with new technology and safety procedures. She expects leisure travel will return first, followed by a more gradual return of business travel.
